* Deposits are due same day as confirmation to ensure date placement* Remaining Balance due 7 Business Days Prior to Event *
* Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
*Cancellations for any Weddings or Major events must be done 28 Business Day prior to event in order to receive a partial refund if client has paid in full.
* Smaller events have 14 Business days prior to event for a partial refund if client has already paid in full.
* Service Agreements MUST be signed/ dated same day as deposit is made to ensure date placement.
* Included meetings are based upon availability of Vendor & previous event dates.
(Meetings must be notified 2-3 Business Days PRIOR to meeting)
* We do NOT sell any liquor as we do not obtain a Liquor License, all liquor, spirits, beer and wine is purchased at cost.
(However, there is a convenience fee.)
- There will be a travel fee for any venues of Martin & St. Lucie Counties*
